When your system is monitored we program your panel to contact our 24 hour monitoring station when an emergency is detected. Your system will tell the computers at our monitoring station the type of alarm (burglary, fire, medical, mechanical or trouble) and which sensor detected the trouble. The operator at the monitoring station will then begin calling the authorities and people on your call list (we help you compile this list). You can make changes to this list any time by calling us.
